高、低频超声联合检查在急性阑尾炎诊断中的价值分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of high and low frequency ultrasound in acute appendicitis.Methods:95 patients with acute appendicitis were selected.They were divided into the two groups.The control group received high frequency ultrasound diagnosis,while the study group received high and low frequency ultrasound combined diagnosis.We compared the diagnostic data of two groups compared with the pathologic diagnosis and the different appendicitis diagnosis data.Results:The pathological diagnosis of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Acute gangrenous appendicitis and appendiceal wall thickness diameter were higher than those of acute simple appendicitis and acute purulent appendicitis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The high and low frequency ultrasound combined diagnosis of acute appendicitis can effectively improve the pathological diagnosis,and the wall thickness of each type of acute appendicitis and the transverse diameter of the appendix can be accurately diagnosed.关键词
