摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical application effect of transvaginal two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of uterine fibroids,uterine gland muscle disease and gland myoma.Methods:100 patients with uterine fi-broids,uterine gland muscle disease and gland myoma were selected.Two dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of all patients were carried out.We analyzed the diagnosis effect.Results:Two dimensional ultrasound showed the characteristic changes,color Doppler ultrasound showed that the peripheral blood flow signals of the uterine fibroids.The detection rate of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was significantly higher than that by abdominal color Doppler ultrasound detection rate,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can achieve a bet-ter diagnosis effect for patients with uterine fibroids,uterine gland muscle disease and gland myoma.The detection rate and accu-racy were significantly higher than those of the abdominal color Doppler ultrasound.关键词
