老年2型糖尿病合并高血压患者血尿酸水平变化分析

Abstract
Objective:To discuss the effect of blood uric acid level in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes combined with hypertension.Methods:100 patients with diabetes were selected.50 patients with simple type 2 diabetes were as the single group, 50 patients with type 2 diabetes combined with hypertension were as the comprehensive group.50 cases of healthy physical examination elderly people were as the healthy group.The glycosylated hemoglobin,blood uric acid and other indexes of 3 groups were compared.Results:The systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the single group and the comprehensive group were significantly higher than those of the healthy group(P<0.05),and the comprehensive group was significantly higher than the single group(P<0.05).The biochemical indexes of the single group and the comprehensive group were significantly higher than those of healthy group(P<0.05),and the comprehensive group was significantly higher than the single group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with diabetes combined with hypertension,strengthening the blood pressure control and control of blood uric acid levels can slow down the disease development speed,improve the life quality of patients.关键词
