Abstract
Objective:To analyze the genotype of human papilloma virus infection in 200 patients.Methods:200 cases selected from dermatology and gynecology department were treated with HPV genotyping.Results:The positive rate was 41.50%;simple high-risk types of HPV,simple low-risk HPV types,high and low risk type HPV mixed infection rate were 61.45%,24.10% and 14.46% respectively;the incidence of the high-risk HPV infection and low-risk HPV infection showed a “U” type of trend in all ages.Conclusion:Low age patients mainly showed mixed infection of high and low risk type HPV,in patients aged more than 55 years old mainly simple with high-risk HPV infection,and the HPV infection rate rised with age.关键词
