摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of predictive nursing in severe craniocerebral injury complicated with stress ulcer.Methods:102 cases of patients with severe craniocerebral injury complicated with stress ulcer were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given predictive nursing.The treatment effect,recurrence rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The short-term effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the recurrence rate was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Predictive nursing could improve the treatment effect of severe craniocerebral injury complicated with stress ulcer and improve the quality of nursing.关键词
