社区老年高血压患者用药管理的护理干预分析
Analysis of nursing intervention on medication management of elderly patients with hypertension in community
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the significance of nursing intervention for elderly patients with hypertension in community. Methods:60 elderly patients with hypertension in community were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group were given routine nursing intervention,while the observation group used nursing intervention on medication management.The patients'medication knowledge level medication compliance,medication management level and blood pressure control rate of patients in the two groups were observed.Results:The patients'medication knowledge level medication compliance,medication management level and blood pressure control rate of patients in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The significance of implementing medication management and nursing intervention for elderly patients with hypertension in community is great.关键词
