摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the psychological status and quality of life of patients with tuberculosis.Methods:400 patients with tuberculosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average. Routine nursing measures were adopted in the control group,while comprehensive nursing intervention was applied in the observation group.Depression,anxiety,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between groups before and after nursing.Results:The scores of depression,anxiety and quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group.The differences had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively improve the poor psychological status and improve the quality of life of patients and nursing satisfaction.关键词
