Cause analysis and countermeasures of wet package after pressure steam sterilization
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the cause and countermeasures of wet package after pressure steam sterilization.Methods:In the pressure steam sterilization,the control group was given conventional operation.On this basis,the study group was given the control of the factors leading to the wet package.The causes of wet package were compared in the two groups.Results:The wet package rate of the control group was 8.4%.The main causes were the cooling method error,disinfection articles damp,equipment failure, not enough drying time,packing loading error,poor steam quality.The wet package rate of the study group was 0.98% ,it was significantly lower than that of the control group(χ 2=401.448 7,P=0.000 0).Conclusion:Improving the professional personnel's business level,standardized operation,timely equipment maintenance, reasonable packaging and loading can reduce the wet package production of pressure steam sterilization,improve the quality of sterilization.关键词
