陕西省基层医疗机构合理用药情况研究
Study on the Rational Drug Use in Primary Health Care Institutions in Shaanxi Province

Abstract
Objective To analyze the current situation of drug use in primary health care institutions in Shaanxi Province,and to promote the rational drug use in primary health care institutions. Methods 2 340 outpatient prescriptions were sampled from 27 prima-ry health care institutions of Shaanxi Province from April 2013 to May 2013. The average number of drugs per prescription,the average prescription fee,the percentage of injections and antimicrobial agents were used to analyze the rationality of the prescription. Results 2 319 valid prescriptions were analyzed. The average number of drugs per prescription was 3. 01,the average prescription fee was 34. 03 yuan, the percentage of injections and antimicrobial agents were 28. 76% and 43. 94%,respectively. All the evaluating indexes were statisti-cally different among different regions and different types of health care institutions ( P ﹤ 0. 01). Conclusion Irrational use of drugs extensively existed in primary health care institution and the abuse of injections and antimicrobial agents were extremely seri-ous. Strengthen the supervision of injections and antimicrobial agents would be helpful to improve rational drug use. We also suggested establishing laws and strengthening the education of rural residents and implementing regular training among medical staff in primary health care institutions.关键词
