Study on Extraction Technology of Xiyangshen Sanqi Huangqi Capsules
摘要
Abstract
Objective To determine the extraction technology of astragalus membranaceus in Xiyangshen Sanqi Huangqi Cap-sules. Methods With the astragalus polysaccharide content and the extraction rate as the indexes,the L9(34)orthogonal design test method was adopted to optimize the extraction technology for astragalus membranaceus. Results The optimum extraction technology of astragalus membranaceus was as follows,water as solvent,conducting percolation with 10 times amounts of medicinal materials volume, extracted twice and each time lasted 1. 5 h. Conclusion The test results provide the experimental basis for determining the extraction process of astragalus membranaceus in Xiyangshen Sanqi Huangqi Capsules.关键词
