摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the content determination of costunolide and dehydrocostuslactone in Zheng-wei Capsules. Methods The HPLC system consisted of the Agilent ZORBAX SB-C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)and acetoni-trile- water(65 :35)as the mobile phase,the flow rate was 1. 0 mL∕min and the detectivewavelength was 225 nm. Results Costun-lide showed a good linear relationship in the range of 24. 78-198. 24 μg∕mL,r=0. 999 8,the average recovery was 98. 67% and RSD was 1. 33%( n=6). Dehydrocostuslactone showed a good linear relationship at the range of 5. 06-40. 48 μg∕mL,r=0. 999 8,the average recovery was 97. 07% and RSD was 1. 07%( n=6). Conclusion The method is sensitive,simple,accurate and repeatable. It can be used for the quality control of Zhengwei Capsules.关键词
