Abstract
Objective To understand the usage information of cephalosporin antibiotics in Chongqing's hospital during 2012-2014. Methods The application of cephalosporins antibiotics in Chongqing was analyzed in respects of consumption sum,defined daily doses(DDDs). Results The total consumption sum of cephalosporins antibiotics in Chongqing from 2012 to 2014 was 142 738. 96 million Yuan,which increased smoothly year by year with an average growth rate of 1. 11%. In these medicines,the most increased medicine was the cefixime,whose average growth rate per annum was 21. 60%,but the cefmenoxime decreased year by year with an average decrease rate per annum of 32. 12%. From 2012 to 2014,DDDs showed some changes in cefuroxime and cefmenoxime. The for-mer was increasing rapidly from 185. 49(∕thousand day)in 2012 to 319. 42(∕thousand day)in 2014 with the average growth rate of 31. 55%. However cefmenoxime decreased obviously year by year with an average decrease rate of 31. 83%,which was correspond to its consumption sum. Other's change was small,some increased and some decreased. Conclusion The varieties,amount and DDDs of the cephalosporin antimicrobial drug application in the hospitals of Chongqing during 2012-2014 increase stably,DDC and B∕A have little changes. At present,the rational clinical use of cephalosporins antibiotics gradually increases,but clinical pharmacist still should strength-en rational clinical use of drugs to ensure patient medication safety.关键词
