摘要
Abstract
Objective To Provide reference for imProving the system of licensed Pharmacists and enhancing the service ability of licensed Pharmacists in China. Methods The corresPonding strategies were Put forward through the analysis of the status quo of China′s licensed Pharmacist system in vocational access and the Problems existing in the Practice registration. Results and Conclusion The low access requirements of the Professional qualification examination and the broad education background of licensed Pharmacists had seri-ously limited the develoPment of the quality of licensed Pharmacists at Present in China. Although the quantity of licensed Pharmacists was large,the registration rate was generally low,esPecially for the medical institutions. Thusm amendments to the relevant Policies were ProPosed to strictly control the Professional admittance threshold and rationalize the construction relationshiP between uPPer management, to Provided higher registration rate of licensed Pharmacist in medical institutions,and imProve the quality of Pharmaceutical service. The corresPonding countermeasures and suggestions are Put forward to solve the bottleneck Problem of the develoPment of licensed Pharma-cist system.关键词
