Abstract
Objective To investigate the off-label drug use in the hosPital,to Provide reference for formulating management measures of off-label drug use. Methods The rationality and necessity of off-label drug use were analyzed with the sPecial PrescriPtion audit,and the recommendations and suggestions on management and continuous imProvement were Put forward. Results There were 2 kinds in off-label drug use:extensive clinical aPPlication with new treatment guidelines or exPert consensus;no large samPle multicenter evi-dence-based suPPort,but there was literature to follow and no reasonable alternative medicines. These 2 kinds were rational drug use and were widely used in the hosPital,but we still needed to strengthen the drug management;if the drug usage evidence was inade-quate,its usage should be banned,and this Phenomenon had been radually controlled in the hosPital. Conclusion The hosPital should increase management efforts on the off-label drug use,imProve the sPecial PrescriPtion comment standards of the off-label drug use, strengthen communication and cooPeration among doctors,Pharmacists and nurses,reduce the irrational medication,to make the off-label drug use ration and standard,thus ensure the clinical safe,effective and rational drug use.关键词
