摘要

Abstract

Objective To oPtimize the extraction technology of anthocyanidin in Paeoniaostii Flower. Methods The contents of antho-cyanidin were detected by colorimetric determination and the factors (ethanol concentration,solid-liquid ratio,extraction time and ul-trasonic wave)were studied to comPare their influence on the extraction ratio of anthocyanidin. Single factor tests were studied to com-Pare the influence of ethanol concentration(10% -90%),solid-liquid ratio(1 ∶ 10-1 ∶ 40),extraction time(10-40 min),ultrasonic wave(16-40 kHz)on the extraction ratio of anthocyanidin. The influence of each factor was analyzed and the best extraction technology was determined. Results Single factor tests gave the oPtimized arrange of factors as follows:ethanol concentration(70% -90%),solid-liquid ratio(1 ∶ 15-1 ∶ 25),extraction time (10-25 min),ultrasonic wave(16-32 kHz). Range analysis of orthogonal exPeriment showed that the influence of each factors in the extraction of anthocyanidin was ultrasonic wave > ethanol concentration > solid-liquid ratio > extraction time. The best extraction condition was ratio of solid-liquid 1 ∶ 25,70% ethanol as solvent,24 kHz ultrasonic wave extract with 12 min each time. By the oPtimized extraction technology,the extraction ratio of anthocyanidin was 0. 42%. Conclusion The extraction technology is feasible with efficient and simPle Process.
