Abstract
Objective To establish the quality standard on formula granules of Radix Paeoniae Rubra. Methods 5 batches of cut crude drugs of Radix Paeoniae Rubra were selected to PrePare the granules and water decoction. The TLC was used to identify of Radix Paeoniae Rubra formula granules and water decoction. The assaying of alcohol soluble extractive was conducted according to the sPecifi-cation of 2015 China PharmacoPeia. The content of the main active constituent Paeoniflorin in the Radix Paeoniae Rubra formula gran-ules and water decoction was determined by HPLC. Results The distinct same color sPots in the chromatogram obtained with the test solution corresPonded in Position and color with the sPots in the chromatogram obtained with the reference crude drug solution. There was no obvious difference between alcohol soluble extractive and the contents of Paeoniflorin of Radix Paeoniae Rubra formula granules and those of wanter decoction. Conclusion The main chemical comPonents of Radix Paeoniae Rubra formula granules and water decoc-tion are basically same. The results Provide suPPorting basis for the formulation of its quality standard and clinical aPPlication of Radix Paeoniae Rubra formula granules.关键词
