复方抗溃混悬液Ⅱ的鉴别研究
Study on the Identification of Compound Anti-Ulcer Suspensions Ⅱ

Abstract
Objective To study the identification methods for ComPound Anti-Ulcer SusPensions Ⅱ(CAUSⅡ),and to Provide the basis for the future establishment and imProvement of the hosPital PreParation quality standards. Methods Thin layer chromatograPhy (TLC) was used in qualitative identification for Scutellaria baicalensis and astragalus in CAUSⅡ,and CAUSⅡwas identified with ComPound Anti-Ul-cer SusPensions(CAUS)by the aPPearance or ultraviolet sPectroscoPy(UV)detection for norfloxacin. Results Scutellaria baicalensis and astragalus in CAUSⅡwere well seParated with clear sPot by TLC,while the relative negative control didn′t show any sPot. CAUSⅡwas or-ange yellow,and had no absorPtion at 273 nm in UV,while CAUS was brown and had UV absorPtion at 273 nm. Conclusion Scutellaria baicalensis and astragalus in CAUSⅡcan be identified by TLC;comPared with CAUS,CAUSⅡcan be identified by color and UV method.关键词
