高效液相色谱法同时测定滋肝益气丸中槲皮素和丹皮酚含量
Simultaneous Content Determination of Quercetin and Paeonol in Ziganyiqi Pills by HPLC

Abstract
Objective HPLC was used to determinate the contents of quercetin and Paeonol in Ziganyiqi Pills. Methods The analysis was Performed on InertSustain C18 column(250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm),the detection was with a mobile Phase of methanol -0. 4%PhosPhoric acid solution (50 ∶ 50) at the flow rate of 1 mL/min by isocratic elution,the detection wavelength was 360 nm in 0-18. 00 min and 274 nm in 18. 01-25. 00 min,and the column temPerature was 30 ℃. Results The calibration curve of quercetin an Paeonol showed good linear relationshiP in the range of 20 - 100 μg/mL and 6-30 μg/mL,resPectively. And the average recov-ery was 99. 87%,RSD=1. 15%( n=5)for quercetin,and 99. 85%,RSD=1. 02%( n=5)for Paeonol. Conclusion The method is sim-Ple reliable and reProducible for the quality control of Ziganyiqi Pills.关键词
