摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an high-Performance liquid chromatograPhy method for the content determination of 2,3,5,4’-te-trahydroxy-stilbene-2-O-β- D-glucoside in Bunao Anshen Tablets. Methods SeParation was achieved on a Lichrom C18 column (250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm)with acetonitrile-water (20 ∶80) as mobile Phase;the detection wavelength was 320 nm;the flow rate was 1 mL/min. Results There was a good linear relationshiP ( r=0. 999 9) at the concentration range of 0. 209 2 - 3. 347 2 μg for 2,3,5,4’-tetrahydroxy-stilbene-2-O-β- D-glucoside. The mean recovery was 98. 89%with RSD=0. 76%( n=6). Conclusion The method is simPle and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Bunao Anshen Tablets.关键词
