Abstract
Objective To analyze the rationality of drug use in the hosPital,and to Provide reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods 3 000 Pieces of PrescriPtion data in 2014-2015 were randomly selected for evaluation with retrosPective analysis method. The use of glucocorticoid drugs on glucocorticoid drugs administration,drug selection,diagnosis,and unreasonable PrescriPtion tyPes were statistically analyzed. Results The most commonly used administration method of glucocorticoid was injection,with 1 631 Pieces accounting for 54. 37% of the total. The first choice of injection was mainly dexamethasone sodium PhosPhate injection,account-ing for 82. 34%;the first choice of oral administration was methylPrednisolone tablets,accounting for 52. 12%. For the main diagnostic distribution of the PrescriPtion,the number of PrescriPtions with bronchitis (including bronchial Pneumonia) was the most,which was 1 269 Pieces,accounting for 42. 30% of the total. The main irrational drug use was not suitable for the main indications,which was 165 Pieces,accounting for 68. 18%. Conclusion Glucocorticoid used in the outPatient Pediatric dePartment is rather reasonable,but there are still some cases of abusement,which need to be further managed to Promote rational drug use in the clinic.关键词
