摘要
Abstract
The researches of the fermentation and the bioactive constituents of Cryptoporus volvatus across the world were reviewed to provide reference for the development of this new medicine. The advances in the study on fermentation and bioactive constituents of cryptoporus volvatus were summarized. In recent years, researchers in China have got it's cultures as a new resource of Cryptoporus vol-vatus by fermentation and found that it contains cryptoporus polysaccharide, cryptoporic acids etc.关键词
