Efficacy of Rosuvastatin Calcium on the Carotid Atherosclerosis Plaque and Its Effect on Blood Lipid and C-Reactive Protein Levels of the Patients with Cerebral Infarction

Abstract
Objective To study the efficacy of rosuvastatin calcium on the carotid atherosclerotic plaque and its effect on blood lipid and C-reactive protein levels of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods 547 cases of cerebral infarction patients with carotid atherosclerotic plaques were selected and divided into the research group ( n=274 ) and the control group ( n=273 ) according to dif-ferent treatment. The control group was given routine antiplatelet aggregation treatment, and the research group was added with rosuvas-tatin calcium on the basis of the control group. The changes of carotid atherosclerotic plaque, blood lipid level and C-reactive protein level were observed and compared. Results Compared with before treatment, the carotid atherosclerotic plaque, TC, TG, LDL-C and CRP levels in the two groups 6 and 12 months aftert treatment were significantly lowered, and the HDL-C level was significantly increased ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ); the above indicators in the research group were significantly better than the control group ( P ﹤ 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Rosuvastatin calcium in treating patients with cerebral infarction combined with carotid atherosclerotic plaques has signifi-cant efficacy, can effectively reverse the carotid atherosclerotic plaques, obviously improve blood lipid metabolism, lower CRP levels, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
