摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of paeoniflorin, ferulic acid and hes-peridin in Reshen YangRong Pills. Methods The chromatographic separation of methanolic extract of ReShen YangRong Pills was per-formed on Global-C18 column ( 150 mm × 4. 6 mm, 5 μm ) in a gradient elution using a mixture of acetonitrile and 0. 1% phosphoric as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min and the column temperature was maintained at 30 ℃. The detection wavelength of paeoniflorin, ferulic acid and hesperidin was set up at 230 nm. Results The linear range was 0. 108-2. 160 μg ( r=0. 999 6 ) for paeoniflorin, 0. 014-0. 280 μg ( r=0. 999 9 ) for ferulic acid and 0. 349-6. 980 μg ( r=0. 999 9 ) for hesperidin. The average recoveries were 98. 86% for paeoniflorin with RSD=0. 62% ( n=6 ) , 97. 35% for ferulic acid with RSD=1. 16% ( n=6 ) , and 98. 72% for hes-peridin with 1. 02%( n=6 ) , respectively. Conclusion The method is simple and convenient, reliable and accurate, it can be utilized as a quality control method for ReShen YangRong Pills.关键词
