Abstract
Objective To analyze the usage of antibiotics during perioperative period in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the hospital, and to optimize the use of antibiotics. Methods Statistical analysis was performed on 150 cases of gynecological and obstetric operation in August 2015. Results The top 3 usage of antibacterial drugs were cefuroxime sodium injection in 74 cases, accounting for 49. 33%;ceftazidime injection in 47 cases, accounting for 31. 33%;metronidazole in 15 cases, accounting for 10. 00%. 25 cases of medication duration were less than or equal to 24 h ( 16. 67% );81 cases 24 h ﹤ T≤48h ( 54. 00% );37 cases of 3-7 d ( 24. 67%) . Preoperative 2-48 h of the prevention of medication was 12 cases, accounting for 8. 00%;preoperative 0. 5-2 h or anes-thesia at the beginning was 121 cases, accounting for 80. 67%;postoperative 17 cases, accounting for 11. 33%. Conclusions The peri-operative use of antibiotic drugs in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology in the hospital is basically reasonable, but there are still problems such as medication time too long, inappropriate timing of administration, etc., which require further improvement on the manage-ment for rational drug use.关键词
