Analysis of 8 Adverse Drug Reactions of Iodixanol in Intravenous Injection
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the adverse reactions induced by intravenous injection of iodixanol, and to analyze its serious conse-quences. Methods The clinical data of patients having adverse reactions after using iodixanol from January 2012 to June 2015 were retrospectively collectedand be analyzed. Results In the 8 cases of adverse reactions caused by iodixanol, 5 cases were allergic reac-tions, 1 case was respiratory system reaction, 1 case was digestive system reaction, 1 case was cardiovascular system reaction. The reac-tions all improved after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion The medical staff can not ignore the adverse reactions induced by iodixanol.关键词
