Abstract
Objective To analyze the application value of remifentanil in fast track cardiac anesthesia in infants and young children. Methods 40 cases of children with congenital heart disease diagnosed as congenital heart disease and were treated with surgery in the hospital, including ventricular septal defect ( VSD ) and atrial septal defect ( ASD ) were selected and divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method, 20 cases in each group. The hemodynamic parameters of patients at different time after operation were recorded, and the time of extubation and the use time of ventilator were recorded. Results There was no significant difference in the hemodynamic parameters at different time between the experimental group and the control group ( P ﹥ 0. 05 ) , but the extubation time and the use time of the ventilator in the experimental group were significantly shorter than that of the control group( P ﹤ 0. 05). Conclusions Remifentanil for intraoperative hemodynamic stability has obvious efficacy, can reduce the stress re-action of patients, shorten the extubation time, and make the fast channel anesthesia in pediatric cardiac surgery of good application value.关键词
