Abstract
Objective To analyze the professional level of senior management and production quality management personnel in pharma-ceutical companiesof Yunnan Province,and provide references for the development of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Methods The major status of professional level of the personnel in Yunnan pharmaceutical manufacturing industry was collected by questionnaires. Results and Conclusion The education and professional medical background should be improved and enhanced in the basic level personnel,and the companies should pay more attention tocontinuing education and training.关键词
