Abstract
Objective To prepare verbascoside-poloxamer 188 solid dispersions in order to increase the dissolution rate of verbascoside and improve its bioavailability. Methods The melting method was used to prepare solid dispersion. The effect of the ratio of the drug to poloxamer 188,melting temperature and cooling temperature were explored,and the dissolution of solid dispersion and physical mixture were compared. Results In a certain extent,with the increase of the carrier ratio,the drug release of the prepared solid dispersions in-creased. When the ratio of the drug to poloxamer 188 rose to 1 : 11,the dissolution rate of the drug increased most obviously. Conclusion The dissolution rate of prepared verbascoside solid dispersion has improved significantly.关键词
