Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effect of rabeprazole combined with omeprazole in treating peptic ulcer patients infected heli-cobacter pylori. Methods 50 cases of peptic ulcer patients infected with helicobacter pylori from 2014 to 2015 were divided into the experimental group(25 cases) and the control group(25 cases). The experimental group was treated with rabeprazole combined with omeprazole,and the control group was treated with rabeprazole. The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions,hospitalization time and medical expenses of the two groups after treatment were compared. Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was 72. 00%,which was significantly higher than 44. 00% of the control group( P < 0. 05). Both drugs could reduce gastric juice′s pH value,but the de-cline in the experimental group was significantly greater than the control group( P < 0. 05). The incidence ratesof adverse reactions of the two groups during treatment had no significant difference( P > 0. 05),but the hospitalization time and hospital costs of the experi-mental group were significantly less than the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Rabeprazole combined with omeprazole in treating peptic ulcer patients infected helicobacter pylori can improve the clinical efficacy,reduce the gastric acidity and protect gastric mucosa, which is worthy of clinical application.关键词
