摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the role of pharmaceutical care for patients with acute kidney injury(AKI) provided by clinical pharmacists. Methods Clinical pharmacists participated in 1 case of AKI in an elderly patient with acute exacerbation of chronic pul-monary heart disease. Pharmaceutical care and analysis were made through antimicrobial drug selection and dose adjustments,potential adverse reactions,medication precautions,diet and nutrition support. Results Physicians partially adopted the recommendations of clinical pharmacists. Conclusion Clinical pharmacists participate in drug therapy and medication monitoring initially reflect the role of clinical pharmacists.关键词
