我院门诊中成药应用合理性分析
Analysis on the Rational Application of Chinese Patent Medicine in the Hospital

Abstract
Objective To understand the outpatient use of Chinese patent medicine in the hospital and to analyze its reasonableness to improve the quality of outpatient prescription and promote clinical rational drug use. Methods 67 360 outpatient prescriptions of Chinese patent medicines from April 2015 to March 2016 in the hospital were randomly selected and their usages were analyzed. Results 6 467 prescriptions (9. 60%) showed irrational drug use. The main reasons for this were repeated drug use,improper use of traditional Chinese medicine injection,improper differentiation of signs when prescribing Chinese patetn medicines,over use of prescrip-tion drugs,improper drug combination,drug not matching the disease,and off-label use,etc. Conclusion The quality of Chinese medicine prescriptions in the hospital needs to be further improved.关键词
