摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of ivabradine tablets on cardiac function and serum catecholamine level in patients with heart failure. Methods 78 patients with heart failure admitted in the hospital between January 2015 and January 2016 were selected and divided into the study group and the control group according to random number table method, 39 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional drug therapy, while the study group was added with ivabradine tablets on the basis of the control group. The cardiac function indexes [ shoot ejection fraction ( EF ) , internal diameter of left ventricle ( LV ) ] , serum catecholamine [ noradrenaline ( NA ) , adrenaline ( Adr ) ] levels and adverse drug reactions were observed and compared between the two groups after treatment. Results After treatment, only the level of EF of the control group was significantly lower than before treatment, while the level of LV increased significantly. After treatment, EF of the study group was significantly higher than that of control group, while LV was significantly lower ( P < 0. 05 );NA and Adr levels in both group were significantly lower than those before treatment, the levels in study group were significantly lower than those in the control group ( P < 0. 05 );there was no significant difference in adverse drug re-actions between the two groups ( P > 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Ivabradine tablets plays a positive role in patients with heart failure. It can effectively improve cardiac function of patients with heart failure, and significantly reduce the serum catecholamine levels.关键词
