摘要

Abstract

Objective To establish a method for determination the residual contents of the heavy metals and organic chlorine pesticides of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom var. altifidum W. T. Wang in Guizhou. Methods The residual contents of heavy metals were determined by using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry ( for Pb, Cd and Cu ) and atomic fluorescence spectrometry ( for As and Hg ) , and the concentrations of organic chlorine pesticides were determined by capillary gas chromatography. Results The residual contents of heavy metals and organic chlorine pesticides were lower than the limits of the national standards in the various areas, while the contents of Pb and Cu in 2 batches of samples exceeded the standard. Conclusion This method is rapid, reliable and sensitive for determining the residual contents of the heavy metals and organic chlorine pesticides of Aconitum vilmorinianum Kom var. altifidum W. T. Wang; it provides a theoretical basis for the quality control standard of this medicinal plants and corresponding drug product.
