Abstract
Objective To analyze the changes of IFN-γ and IL-4 levels in patients with ulcerative colitis of different TCM syndromes during active period. Methods 96 patients with ulcerative colitis i from September 2012 to December 2015 were selected as the obser-vation group, 100 healthy volunteers were selected as the control group. Ulcerative colitis syndromes questionnaire was made. The obser-vation group was further divided into different TCM syndromes by clinical manifestations. Changes of the TNF-γ and IL-4 levels in the observation group and the control group were analyzed. Results TCM syndrome distribution in decreasing order of damp was 26 cases ( 27. 08% ) , spleen and stomach 22 cases ( 22. 92% ) , liver and spleen 18 cases ( 18. 75% ) , blood stasis type 14 cases ( 14. 58% ) , spleen deficiency 10 cases ( 10. 42% ) , Yin deficiency type 6 cases ( 6. 25% ) . IFN-γ level in the observation group were significantly higher than control group ( P < 0. 05 ) , IL-4 level in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . IFN-γ levels in different TCM syndromes were significantly higher than the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) , and IL-4 levels were significantly lower than the control group ( P < 0. 05 );IFN-γ level in the evidence-based syndrome group was higher than the deficiency syndrome and combination group ( P < 0. 05 ); IL-4 level in the deficiency syndrome group was significantly higher than other groups ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Different TCM syndrome ulcerative colitis patients have varied degrees of cellular immune dysfunction, the evidence-based syndrome group has lower IL-4 level. The IL-4 measurement during active period of ulcerative colitis has some reference value in clinical analysis.关键词
