摘要

Abstract

Objective To investgate the efficacy and safety of doxofylline and aminophylline for acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( AECOPD ) . Methods 60 patients with AECOPD from June 2013 to March 2015 in the ICU were selected and ran-domly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was given doxofylline treatment, the control group was treated with aminophylline. The efficacy, the blood Qi and adverse reaction of the two groups were comparedbefore and after treat-ment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90. 00%, which was significantly higher than 73. 33% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 );compared with before treatment, the levels of pH, PaCO2, PaO2, SaO2 in the two groups were significantly improved ( P < 0. 05 ) . Compared with the control group treatment group after treatment, the improvement of the PaCO2, PaO2 in the treatment was more obvious ( P < 0. 05 );the incidence rate of cardiac arrhythmias, palpitations, chest tightness, nausea, vomiting, insomnia, headache inci-dence were decreased significantly in the treatment group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Doxofylline has a significant efficacy in acute exac-erbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, can significantly improve the relevant indicators of blood gas analysis, has high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion.
