某高校医院2014年至2015年国家基本药物使用情况分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective To understand the use situation of essential drugs in order to provide reference for further implementing the national essential drug system. Methods Data of drug use in the university hospital in 2014-2015 was statistically sorted using the amount sorting method and the drug use frequency ( DDDs ) sorting method, and the equipment and sales situation of the essential drugs were analyzed. Results The essential drug equipment rates were 59. 52% and 55. 54%, respectively, amd the amount of sales accounted for 30. 69% and 32. 04% in the total amount of drug sales. Chinese patent medicine, cardiovascular drugs, hormones, and drugs that affecting endocrine and blood systems always ranked as the top 4 in sales. The top 3 in DDDs were always Aspirin Enteric-coated Tablets, metformin and Acarbose Tablets. Conclusion The hospital's essential drug equipment rate reached the requirements of the secondary hospital, but the use of sales amount doesn't meet the requirements of the national essential drug system.关键词
