摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride in the treatment of neurodermatitis. Methods 86 cases of neurodermatitis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, both of which were given treatment of mizolastine and clobetasol propionate cream. The treatment group was additionally given Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets and levocetirizine hydrochloride orally. After treatment of 4 weeks, the symptom score, skin lesion score and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results After treatment of 4 weeks, the control group clinical effective rate was 83. 72%, which was obviously lower than 95. 35% of the treatment group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The symptoms score of the treatment group was ( 0. 24 ± 0. 12 ) points, which was obviously lower than ( 0. 89 ± 0. 29 ) points of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . The skin lesion score of the treatment group was ( 0. 42 ± 0. 14 ) points, which was obviously lower than ( 1. 03 ± 0. 20 ) points of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Compound Glycyrrhizin Tablets combined with levocetirizine hydrochloride has better clinical efficacy in treating nerve dermatitis.关键词
