中药熏洗联合中医护理干预治疗膝骨性关节炎24例
Chinese Herbs Fumigation Combined with Nursing Intervention in Treating Knee Osteoarthritis in 24 Cases

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of nursing intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis ( KOA ) . Methods 48 cases of KOA patients from March 2015 to March 2016 were divided into the observation group ( 24 cases ) and control group ( 24 cases ) according to the random number table method. The two groups were given Chinese medicine fumigation therapy and routine nursing care, and the observation group was added with TCM nursing interven-tion. The clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results After 1 course of treatment, the total effec-tive rate of the observation group was 95. 83%, which was significantly higher than 83. 33% of the control group ( P < 0. 05 ) . There was none expressing dissatisfaction towards nursing in the observation group, and the nursing satisfaction rate reached 100. 00%;there were 3 cases in control group that were not satisfied with the nursing, and the satisfaction rate was 87. 50%, the difference had statistical significance ( P < 0. 05 ) . ADL score after nursing in the observation group was ( 97. 4 ± 1. 2 ) points and ( 91. 3 ± 1. 0 ) points in the control group, the difference had statistical significance ( P < 0. 05 ) . Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation combined with nursing intervention in patients with KOA can significantly improve the treatment efficacy and patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
