竹纤维对砂浆性能影响的试验研究
Experi mental research on the i mpact of ba mboo fiber on mortar performances
摘要
Abstract
Based on the optimal mixing process of mortar reinforced with bamboo fiber,the effects of bamboo fi-ber content and length on workability,flexural strength,compressive strength and dry-shrinkage ratio of mortar were discussed.The test results show that the sinking degree,apparent density and dry-shrinkage ratio of mortar decrease with the increase of fiber content when the amount of fiber is between 0.5 to 2.0 kg/m3 .The strength of mortar firstly increased and then decreases,it reaches the maximum value when the fiber content is 1 .5 kg/m3 . The sinking degree increases while the apparent density decreases with the increase of fiber length when fiber length is between 5 to 20 mm.However,the strength firstly increases and then decreases,and it reaches the maximum value when the fiber length is 1 0 mm.The dry-shrinkage of mortar firstly decreases and then increa-ses,it reaches the lowest value when the fiber length is 1 5 mm.关键词
