黑龙江地区风电出力特性分析
Characteristic analysis of wind power output in Heilongjiang area
摘要
Abstract
The wind resources is abundant in Heilongjiang area, and the technology development amount to a third in China.Due to its geographical location, the wind power output of the area is bigger in winter than other periods, this condition and the peak shaving ability of insufficient in winter heating period constitute a contradiction, resulting in more serious abandoned wind, mastering the fluctuation characteristics of wind power output is the foundation to solve this problem.According to the characteristics of the Heilongjiang area of wind resources, through collecting and colla-ting a large number of measured data with 10min sampling internal of wind power, making use of the methods of math-ematical statistics, and using the common digital features, characteristic value of sample, simultaneity factor, ramp-rate, valley-to-peak to describe the characteristics of wind power output.Then using the frequency histogram, Quan-tile -Quantile plot, and box plots to analyze distribution character of the wind power output, which provides certain reference for the future development of Heilongjiang area through the description and analysis of the wind power out-put.关键词
