摘要
Abstract
To standardize and ensure the quality and performance of the on-line monitoring devices of substation e-quipment, improve device operation reliability and avoid subjective emotion influence, a treelike evaluation index sys-tem of on-line monitoring device and a performance evaluation model based on emotion filtering are established.Final-ly, the example validations indicate that the performance evaluation model can eliminate or control subjective emotion and the uncertainty of online detection device performance evaluation effectively.关键词
