摘要

Abstract

It is expensive to construct Tracking and Data Relay Satellite( TDRS) ground terminal stations in both time and money. Two TDRSs in near orbit location sharing one ground terminal station can reduce the construction cost efficiently. Through combing the time relationship and the using constrains of ground tele-command equipment among every operation event,the precision of orbit determination,station-keeping,en-ergy management in eclipse phase,shadow management,earth sensor protection are arranged individually in time,and flat emergency support is discussed. Finally,suggestion of building simple degraded station is giv-en in undergoing data relay missions,which can be a reference in the construction of TDRS ground terminal stations.
