Abstract
Under power market environment,participants make their decisions separately to maximize their economic benefits,and emphase the economy of power system too much to ignore its security. At the same time,more and more power systems are operating near their security limits,thus the influence of uncertainty factors on security should not be ignored. To solve the above problems,a security pricing model based on probabilistic insecurity index is proposed in this paper,considering the influences of the uncertain power loads and random fault to system security. It is suggested that the security prices should be released by independent system operator to guide and excite the participants ,and uni-ly the security and economy. Furthermore,the system security and economy are unified in the model. Case studies on IEEE 4-machine 11-noed system show that the proposed method can maximize the economic benefits of all participants and realize the security of the power system.关键词
