摘要
Abstract
Based on the partition characteristics in real power systems,a topology partition method is proposed to de-compose the substations with the same voltage into several areas,which can help the dispatchers make decisions based on massive grid data. Then,a composite risk assessment method on substation for dispatching is presented,in which the risks of bus system arrangement,the equipment operation state within a substation and the overall topology of a sub-station in the whole power system are all considered. This composite risk can be used in the comparison analysis among substations,and provide the dispatchers with real-time data. Finally,the correctness and effectiveness of this method are verified in a real power system.关键词
