基于冷阴极触发管的重频高压脉冲源设计
Design of the Repetition-rate High Voltage Pulsed Power by Cold Cathode Trigger Tube

Abstract
To fulfill the demand of the trigger system of detonation physics experiment, X-ray system and Marx pulse power system, a high voltage pulse trigger with output voltage of 8~15 kV and repetitive frequency of 1~40 Hz is designed. Based on the PWM TL494 integration circuit with fixed frequency, the high voltage power supply was established and supplied the energy to the storage capacitor. The storage capacitor discharged through IGBT and cold cathode trigger tube with manual trigger, optical trigger and electric trigger signal, two in-phase pulses were gotten, the pulse of one channel is with more than15 kV output voltage, less than 13 ns fall time, more than 500 ns pulse width, and another pulse is with more than 150 V output voltage, less than 8.3 ns fall time, more than 1 μs pulse width and jitter less than 10 ns. The experimental results validate the feasibility of the designed theory and method.关键词
