A Step-up DC-DC Converter with Coupled-inductor and Switched Capacitor Hybrid

Abstract
Ahigh step-up boost converter is studied for the need of high step-up DC-DC converters in the industrial applications, which is based on the basic boost converter and using the coupled inductor and the switched capacitor technology Since coupled inductor and capacitances are hybrid junction, and coupled inductor can charge capacitance, the proposed converter can provide very high voltage gain, and the voltage stress of power device such as switch and diode can bedecreased effectively. At the same time, the energy of leakage inductor is recycled, which is helpful to improve the efficiency of the converter. The operating principle and steady-state property are discussed in detail. Finally, a prototype is built to verify the theoretical analysis.关键词
