Pareto analysis and quality improvement of nursing clinical teaching satisfaction

Abstract
Objective To investigate the satisfaction degree of student interns on nursing clinical teachers,carry out Pareto analysis,find out main factors and related factors of low satisfaction degree,put forward the countermeasures,improve teaching level of nursing clinical teachers.Method A questionnaire survey was conducted on the student interns,and Pareto analysis was carried out.Results Statistical analysis showed that class A factors included insufficient students' practical ability training,unclear professional knowledge interpretation,non-standard operation,no timely answering students' questions and difficult problems;class B factors included no timely introduction of new technology,new projects,and new progress,no paying attention to the interns' learning and mental status,class C factors included no guidance for students during small lectures and case discussion,the lack of humanistic idea.Conclusion In view of main influencing factors,we should put forward the countermeasures,strengthen the management,timely improve them,to continuously improve the teaching quality.关键词
