Abstract
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety ofACEI antihypertensive medicine chronotherapy,to provide evidence-based reference for clinical treatment.Methods Searched PubMed,ACP,MEDLINE,EMBASE,CNKI,Wanfang database,Chinese Science and Technology Journal Full-text Database,to retrieve the series study ofACEI antihypertensive medicine chronotherapy compared to conventional treatment,Rev Man5.0 statistical software was used for meta-analysis.Results A total of 12 articles with 1286 cases were included in the study.Meta analysis results showed that 24hSBP (RR=I.41,P＜0.00001,95％CI[-3.15,5.97]),24hDBP (RR=-l.76,P＜0.00001,95％CI[-2.78,3.09]),dMSBP (RR=2.33,P=0.0007,95％CI[-1.45,6.1]),nMSBP (RR=-3.96,P=0.002,95％CI[-7.42,-0.5]),nMDBP (RR=-6.31,P＝0.0001,95％CI[-9.31,-1.16])in chronotherapy group were lower than those in conventional treatment group,with statistically significant differences between two groups.There was no statistically significant difference in dMDBP between two groups (RR=0.41,P=0.4,95％CI[-0.55,1.36]).Conclusions The effect of ACEI antihepertensive drug management according to the chronotherapy was superior to conventional therapy.Limited by the quality of research methodology,the conclusion needed large sample,high quality randomized controlled trials to further verification.关键词
