Abstract
Objective To analyze the efficacy and index during the perioperative period of retrograde intramedullary nail in the treatment of patients with supracondylar fracture of femur. Methods 72 cases of supracondylar fracture of femur in our hospital from May 2009 to May 2012 were selected as the research object, and divided into observation group and control group with 36 cases in each group by random lot method.Observation group received retrograde intramedullary nail fixation technique, while control group received anatomic plate fixation technique.Operation time, intraoperative blood loss, and fracture healing time of two groups were recorded,knee-joint neer scale was used to evaluate the efficacy of supracondylar fracture of femur, postoperative infection rate between two groups were compared. Results Operation time, fracture healing time of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group [(84.64±8.25)min vs.(95.67±9.23) min,(19.63±3.52)weeks vs.(23.46±3.42)weeks],intraoperative blood loss was significantly lower than that of control group [(239.61±39.85)ml vs.(413.71±41.36)ml] (P<0.05).The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (94.44% vs.75.00%) (P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the postoperative infection rate between two groups (1/36 vs.1/36) (P>0.05).Conclusion Retrograde intramedullary nail has significant efficacy in the treatment of patients with supracondylar fracture of femur, which can reduce fracture healing time and intraoperative blood loss, can be further promoted in clinical practice.关键词
