氯沙坦对老年高血压患者心肌纤维化改善效果的临床研究
Clinical study of the effect of losartan in improving myocardial fibrosis of elderly hypertensive patients

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of losartan on myocardial fibrosis in elderly patients with hypertension.Methods 44 elderly patients with hypertension and myocardial fibrosis were treated with oral losartan (50-100 mg/d) for 12-16 months.And the improved conditions of myocardial fibrosis and blood pressure were observed before and after treatment.Measured type Ⅲ ex-collagen and laminin with ELISA before and after treatment.Results After treatment,blood pressure decreased significantly (P＜0.01),heart rate did not change significantly (P＞0.05),type Ⅲ ex-collagen and laminin decreased significantly (P＜0.05).Conclusion Losartan can effectively decrease blood pressure,partly reverse or attenuate myocardial fibrosis,and has no significant effect on heart rate.关键词
